Free Plan: We offer a free plan with basic features. No payment is required for the free plan.

Paid Plans: If you choose a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with that plan. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected.

Refunds: All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. If you cancel a paid plan, you will continue to have access until the end of your billing period.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. We will provide notice of any price changes at least 30 days in advance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizyForms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You use the service at your own risk.

By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, or for any other reason we deem necessary.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. We may delete your account and data, though some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
